TRENDS Global is proud to announce the establishment of our first student chapter at Kennesaw State University. In addition to bringing David Lubell, Founder of Welcoming America, to KSU of September 12, the TRENDS Global Student Organization will host a series of dialogue events on campus throughout the fall and spring semesters. Birthe was a featured speaker presenting her Photovoice work at the Welcoming America Interactive "More Than One Story" workshop, which focused on the power of personal narrative as a means of fostering greater community integration between refugees, immigrants and receiving communities.
